Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order up to 7 days after receipt.

We only accept the following returns:

– unused without damage

– in the original condition and packaging

– with the original cards still present

RETURN COSTS

The costs and risks of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer. If the order is returned (after return, the remaining purchase amount is less than € 50,-), we are forced to charge the shipping costs from our side.

GUARANTEE

Tyga Ltd. guarantees that the products delivered comply with the specifications listed in the web shop. You should (have) checked the delivered products at the time of delivery, but in any case within a very short time. In doing so, you should check whether the delivered products correspond in quality and quantity to what you ordered, or at least to the requirements that are placed on them in normal business life. If, within 7 working days of receipt, it turns out that the products do not correspond to the specifications listed in the web shop, Tyga Ltd will ensure that the amount you have paid is refunded. You can also ask Tyga Ltd. to replace or repair the product.

If a product has a defect or if you did not receive it in the correct condition, please send a photo of the product, your name and the complaint to info@tyzamarketing.com

You should always report your complaint first so that we can deal with it. If you send the order back before we can process it, unfortunately we cannot pay for your complaint and the costs incurred.
